Natsumi Honda’s Tortoise and Hare Sculptures are Made from Recycled Watch Parts
Taking inspiration from the famous tale of ‘ The Tortoise and the Hare ‘, Japanese artist Natsumi Honda created these fantastical sculptures made from recycled watch parts. Dubbed “Time to Be Included”, the works are the product of hundreds of hours where the artist painstakingly glued thousands of tiny pieces together. A graduate from Tama Art University , Honda recently exhibited her art at Tokyo’s the National Art Center in Roppongi.
